“Good intentions are never enough…When the purpose of a thing is unknown, abuse is inevitable.'”

Jack and Joan were best of friends, they both previously had their fair share of emotional drama before they had met eachother

Jack was from an orthodox background, strict parents and a very structured home, they clearly had love in their home, but the definition of love was expressed in duties being fulfilled, and needs being met, there was little physical and verbal expressions of emotion.

Joan on the other hand, was also from an orthodox background, but unlike Jack, she had learnt proper expressions of care, emotions and affection from her very free and loving home, they said and they displayed affection as needed.

Jack and Joan met each other one sunny afternoon, and boom!!!

The connection grew, they maintained contact and slid gradually into the valleys of attachment and indispensability. They had gotten so fond of themselves that they couldn’t go an hour without a text, a call or some kinda teasy joke here and there.

They had so much energy and intensity, they could only go deeper in connection, they spoke the same ideological and emotional language, they had the same fears, they saw life from a complimentary view.

This must be divine!

They had good intentions

They were in love (where they?)

They had energy!!!

(To be continued)

Connected Lovers

Let’s take a break and note something’s…

Purpose is like the engine and the steering wheel of a car, it provides sufficient drive, energy and direction in any venture”

When you know the purpose of a journey before you embark on it, you’re more likely to get to the end, because the visual pictures you have of your destination will help you overcome the potholes you would meet on the way

When purpose is known, it’s no longer about the journey, but about the destination, you no longer interprete each pothole relative to your travel partner, or the vehicle taking you on your journey

Rather, you interprete each challenge in the light of how it stops or propels you to the target, the picture, the ultimate reason for the journey. If it’s a challenge, purpose make you strive to overcome it, if it’s a propelling situation, the knowledge of purpose makes you want to embrace it

“When purpose is clear and defined, You will cherish and treat every tool and person you have because they are critical in ensuring the picture is complete…”

Jack and Joan are waiting…

Let’s get back to the story.

but before then drop your comments.
