“Men are always at war, fighting wars for territory, wars to enforce ideology, and wars to defend positions and belief systems. Nation against nation, tribe against tribe, kingdom against kingdom, but there’s an unnoticed war that consistently goes on without the media’s eyes, it’s unreported, it’s unregulated, there are no laws, and the victims of the war are the moderators of the war.”

It is the ever-present war happening in the mind of a man, in the deepest depths, where radars and satellites cannot reach, only regulated by the mechanism the man had installed before the war broke out. Countless men are built up and torn down by the outcomes of these internal wars, and many can point back to those battles as the seasons responsible for all they became.

The will of man seems to be the most sought-after treasure that every system and kingdom desires. If the will cannot be given willingly, influences are supplied to ensure it is submitted unsuspectingly. Ultimately, the spoils and the losses of these wars become visible with the passing of time, but in the moment of victory and defeat, they remain unnoticed.

A man can be taking down nations, setting up kingdoms, reeling out innovation, and transforming generations, yet the same man may be consistently ripped apart in the internal wars he is losing, till all of a sudden, an unexpected, mysterious elimination occurs, leaving his audience perplexed.

In a moment everything that was built can come crashing down, irrespective of the investments that were made in building them up.

In the same vein, a man can be going through silent seasons with no manifestations, no results to celebrate, as to the natural eyes he may seem unproductive and inactive. But in his depths, he could be tearing down giant after giant, taking territory after territory, establishing one kingdom for another kingdom, and yet without the outward visible and relatable spoils that draw the applause of onlookers.

Suddenly, the limelight turns to him, setting him on a stage, leaving the world perplexed, in shock, and unbelieving, the world finds a wonder they cannot account for, while he becomes the standard they never foresaw because within him and outside him he was not subject to the influences that hindered the natural man.

His battle scars were not visible to the natural eyes, but his mastery was undeniable, he sliced through life like bread through butter, he destroyed limitations like fire to cotton, he was irresistible, and he thrived…

But little is ever known of the battles he won in the depths of his mind.

The battle is for all, yet victims and victors are not decided by natural selection. The victors are always a product of conscious thought-out systems and cultures, set in place to prepare them for their victory, while the vanquished are products of unregulated systems that were subject to the tides of trend and circumstance with no counter structure as resistance.

Good or Bad intentions are not enough in battle, everyone has the intention of winning when in a battle, and everyone has the intention of winning even on the days when they are unable to build the culture to ensure victory, intentions are just intentions.
