We don’t usually have our lives all sorted out, life is continuously evolving and the moment we think we have struck a level of coordination and control, life presents us with a new twist that places a demand on the efficacy of all we know, all we trust and all we have attained.
Life will always come with questions!,
In the midst of such circumstances, we see enough reasons to question the very realities that do not meet up with the new understandings we have received by virture of our growth and interactions with new knowledge.
Other times, It is like our heart receives new understanding, but our mind is yet to accept the realities of the new considerations it has to adjust to, to ensure that the man becomes all the heart had received.
“A few times our minds are overwhelmed with this struggle, and this costs us time and sometimes costs us our progression into the realities of our next level.”
Being a Christian,
I find out that many times it takes a touch of divinity, tweaking and altering the circumstances surrounding our lives and subtly compelling us to adjust to an inevitable shift we would not have normally made, if we depended solely on our cerebral state.
Then, It seems like the Holy Spirit, realising the urgency and relevance of the new version we have to become, steps in because we are willing and overrides all that needs to be overridden and sets us on the path we need to be on, leaving our minds to catch up later in future.
That touch, is a masterful working of the divine to supplement our inadequacies and aid us to become what we need to become to contribute our predestined quota to the destiny of the earth.
Humanly speaking, there is a lot we won’t achieve with our strength alone. But there is so much we can achieve when we become more conscious of the orchestrations and role of divinity amongst the very core of our dealings.
This consciousness doesn’t take away the place of human contribution to the fulfillment of purpose, rather it takes away, little by little, our resistance to the free expression of the divine in our daily dealings with creation.
Slow, smooth, yet steady, this consciousness breaks our defenses, leaving us at the mercy of the strength of one greater than us.
Because like Romans 8:29 says:
29-30 God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son.
Selah.
